Ingredients: 3 cups chicken stock; 1/2 cup shredded chicken; 3 tbsp cornflour dissolved in water; 2 tbsp soya sauce; 1 tsp ketchup; 1 tbsp vinegar; 1 tbsp Chinese chilli sauce; 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed; 1/3 tsp Chicken powder; salt if needed; 1 small cabbage sliced; 1 carrot julienne cut; 2-3 Spring onions chopped

1/2 tspblack pepper crushed
1/3 tspChicken powder
salt if needed
1small cabbage sliced
1carrot julienne cut

Cut all vegetables keep aside

In a pot put stock and let it cook. Add chicken,sauces and seasoning, vegetables and cook.

Now thicken with cornflour and keep stirring. Serve hot
