Wash and chop potatoes and ivy goard. Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard. Let it crackled. Add asfoitida and turmeric. Add chopped vegetables and salt. Cover it and cook it on low flame till ivy goard is cooked.

Once potatoes and ivy goard cooked, add red chilli powder and coriander powder. Cook it on low flame for some time. નો need to cover this time.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with Roti or Bhakhari.
