Put 2 cup water to boil in a pan. Add 1 large onion roughly chopped, 3 tomatoes roughly chopped, cashew nuts and cook for 10 minutes covered.
Cool it to room temperature and grind it to smooth paste. - 2
In another pan heat oil. Add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and chili paste. Saute for a minute and then add 1 medium onion finely chopped.

Cook till it turns translucent. Now add chopped tomato and cook covered till tomatoes are cooked properly and looks mushy.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, sugar and salt. mix well. Add 1 tbsp of water and mix well all the masala.

Add pureed masala to the pan and cook covered till the gravy starts oozing oil.

Add prepared Restaurant Style Paneer Tikka directly into the gravy. Cook for a minute or two and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve with tandoori roti, naan or chapati.
