In a vessel mix together sugar, cornflour, and milk powder. Mix well. Gradually add the cold milk and give it a good whisk.

Switch on the flame and cook this mixture till it's slightly thick. Next, add vanilla and butter. Mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.

Remove from fire and cool the mixture while stirring constantly to avoid the top from getting a crust. Add the mango pulp and mix well.

In a glass dish layer up 1/2 of the digestive biscuits. Pour half the prepared mixture over them. Spread evenly. Sprinkle some almonds and pistachios. Again place a layer of the remaining biscuits. Pour the remaining mango mixture and spread well. Sprinkle some almonds and pistachios.

Whip the cream along with food coloring to soft peaks. Pipe or spread the cream mixture onto the mango delight. Garnish with desiccated coconut and chopped nuts. Chill in the refrigerator till set and Enjoy!
