Preheat oven to 180 degrees, grease pan very well with butter and parchment paper

Mix together sugar, butter, egg, salt with mixer then add flour, vanilla extract and baking powder

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees

Leave to go cold and hard and then add a slither of jam onto base

Add in the whole strawberry and gelatin mix then add to the fridge and best taste the next day

Add sugar and water to the gelatine heat it up until boiling for 10 seconds then leave to cool for 1-2 mins on full heat
