Kachchi Keiry Ice cream

Boil milk. Dilute cornflour and GMS powder in a 1/4cup cold milk and mix with boil milk. Add sugar and stir continues on slow flame fot 7min. Lastly stir on high flame for 1min.Turn off flame. And allow it to cool completly on room temp. And tranfer in air tight container. Keep in a freezer to set ice cream base for 6-7hrs.

Meanwhile peel and chopped totapuri. Heat ghee in a pan mix chopped keiry add 1tbsp. sugar and saute till it soft on slow flame. 2-3min. Turn off flame alloe it to cool. And take in a mixie jar. And make a pulp.

Now take out ice cream base from freezer. Transfer in a big bowl. Add milk powder and colour drops. And beat with electric beater for 7min. Lastly add keiry pulp and pani puri masala. Beat again for 1min. and again transfer in air tight container to set ice cream. Keep in a freezer overnight or 12-14 hrs.

Yummy tasty innovative Kachchi Keiry Ice cream is ready to serve. Sprinkle red chilli powder and serve with Totapuri slices.
