Sprouts Salad

In a cooker add moth bean and black eye bean together add water and salt and cook it for 2-3 whistles.

Now drain out the water and let it cool down. Then transfer the cook sprouts into a bowl it adds onion, capsicum, and tomato.

Into this add salt, lemon juice, tamarind chutney, and mix them all together.

Then finely add red chilli powder and coriander leaves give a quick mix and serve it immediately garnish it with a lemon slice.
