Neer dosa is thin, lacy, beautiful, delicious creps made with ground rice, grated coconut batter.
These are popular breakfasts of Mangalorean cuisine.
Steps

Wash rice nicely & soak it with water overnight.

Then drain the water, rinse well.
Add the rice & grated coconut to a blender & blend with little water to a smooth batter. - 3
Add salt, water & transfer to a bowl. Mix well. The consistency must be thinner watery.

Heat a frying pan, brush little oil & pour a ladle full of batter over the pan in a circle.

Tilt the pan to spread the excess batter all over. Cover it with a lid & cook for 2-3 minutes until the top part turns nonsticky.

Don't cook both sides.

Serve the neer dosa with coconut chutney.
