For masala - In a pan add little oil and add chopped onion, ginger, garlic,cashewnuts. Saute it for 5 min. Then add tomatoes and cook it for 7 min. Turn off the flame & add little butter, Kashmiri red chili powder & kitchen king masala. Mix it. Cool the mixture completely.

Then make a paste of it in a mixer.
Take curd and add all masala and chopped coriander. Then cut onion, capsicum & paneer in cube shape. Add onion, capsicum, paneer in curd mixture and mix it well. Keep aside for 5 min. And kept in the fridge for 15 min. - 3

Take a long stick or toothpick & arrange paneer, onion, capsicum in it. On tawa add oil and roast this tikka.

For the gravy - take oil in a kadhai add butter, bay leaf, jeera & red chili powder. Then add that onion tomato paste to it. Saute it for 5 -7 min. Add garam masala, salt, sugar then add roasted paneer tikka in that gravy. Cook it for 10 min.

Serve paneer tikka masala with roti, naan, and any salad of your choice.
