Cut off the hulls (stems) of the eggplants and cut them into bite size pieces.

Cut off the hulls (stems) of the green pepper, take out the seeds, and cut it into bite size pieces.

Put all Miso seasonings in a bowl and mix.

Put the sesame oil into a frying pan, and warm it up. Add the vegetables and stir-fry.
