Start by preparing the manakish filling (since I already have the 10-minute dough ready). Place the onion, parsley, and bell peppers in a food processor and chop them finely. Add the tomatoes and blend again. Add the tomato paste and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then add the ground beef and spices (allspice, black pepper, cinnamon, seven spice blend, and salt). Mix everything well until fully combined.

Roll out the dough and cut it into circles. Place some filling in the center of each circle and spread it evenly over the dough.

Place the manakish on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes on the lower rack, checking occasionally. Then turn on the top heat and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve the manakish hot and enjoy.
