Take a bowl put a cup of rice in a bowl, soaked in for 2 to 3 hours.

After 2 to 3 hours Now grind it finely in a mixer and add a cup of water to it.

Now add grated coconut and 1 tsp salt to this batter.

Heat a nonstick pan pour 2 spoons of oil over it. Spread dosa over the pan.

Now spread 1 tbsp schezwan chutney over the dosa.

Likewise, make all the neer dosa.

Schezwan neer dosa ready to serve..with coconut chutney 😋
