Chimichurri (Argentinian green sauce)

Ingredients

15 min
  1. 250gs parsley
  2. 1 headgarlic
  3. 1 tbsporegano
  4. 1/4 tspred chile pepper (optional)
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  7. 250gs oil (olive or regular)
  8. 250gs white vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Place all dry ingredients in food processor and grind to very fine mince.

    Place the mix in jar

  3. 3

    Add oil and vinegar (you can add more or less, but mit must be 1:1)

  4. 4

    4. Stir well for all ingedients to mix and close lid tightly.

  5. 5

    Let sit at least 8 hours on counter for flavors to blend.

  6. 6

    Last at least a month in fridge or on counter.

  7. 7

    Tip: if using olive oil, it might coagulate in fridge. Take the jar out of the fridge night before using.
