First, soak 1cup of rice for 30min. after that cook it.

In a pan add oil, mustard seed, chana dal, urad dal, groundnut, and fry it. Add chopped onion fry till it gets translucent. add grated raw mango, curry leaves, chili, turmeric,thing, and salt.mix well add cooked rice. add chopped coriander, mint leaves, and mix well.

Garnish with mango slices and mint leaves.
