Chocolate Whipping Powder Cream Topping

This is readymade or store bought Whipped Cream Powder that is a good choice for decorating Cakes, Pastries, Cupcakes etc. Infact it can be used on many a delightful Desserts too. The only difference being that it is little less firm and does not have volume like that of Diary Whipped Cream or Heavy Cream. But it's all worth the wait sometimes. In places where it is difficult to get hold of Dairy Whipped Cream or may be there is shortage of time or may be you have this alone at home, this Powder Cream comes handy in those difficult times.
But it's still very easy and yummy too. This pack that I used says that it can be done in 3 minutes but I got it only after 5-6 minutes. And it's just that we have to add chilled Milk or as described on the package. I used only Milk and as it is store bought, it already has Sugar. So do it according to the package instructions on your pack. That's it.

Whisk using an Electric hand held beater. Add the Powder Cream to the bowl along with Milk. Beat until well incorporated. Do not add Milk all at a time. Do it in parts.

You can add a tablespoon of Cornflour to make it little more firm. It's optional. However it's your choice. I have used Chocolate flavoured topping mix here.

Keep it refrigerated until use for nearly about 15 minutes. Do not store it for a long time. It has to be used up in a short period of time to prevent it from getting watery. That's the first disadvantage of this. But it's okay at times when you really can't afford the other one. So basically it's an instant one. So choose it for such Desserts to avoid failures. Enjoy!

Whipping Cream Powder is a creamy free flowing Powder which is ideal for replacing fresh Whipped Cream and thus provides a neutral whipping base, suitable for all applications including frozen Desserts. Yum!
