Take a bowl, add flour, cornflour, curd, vinegar, and water. Mix well (mix in round circle direction for 4-5mints)

Add baking soda and mix gently. Pour this batter into a ketchup bottle carefully. Others make sugar syrup(take a pot add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, and boil for 10mint). now Heat the oil, add ghee. squeeze the bottle and make round spirals with batter.

Cooked one side partly, turn over another side for fry. Till the fry jalebis are lightly golden. Immediately drop in the warm sugar syrup for 30 seconds. Serve jalebis room temperature hot and enjoy it.
