Mango phirni

Steps

First of all, we will take a heavy bottom Pan add full-fat milk and reduce milk then add rice flour in liquid form with the help of some water.

Then rice powder becomes proper cook then add sugar and milk powder mix properly now phirni is ready.

Now we will take a second Pan for mango puree.

Add mango puree and sugar cook in medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes then mango puree looking shining just like mango glaze then turn off the flame now mango phirni is ready to keep aside for becoming room temperature.

Phirni and mango puree both are becoming cool then mix properly then add kewra water and garnish by your choice mango phirni is ready for serve.

Keep mango field in the refrigerator for 1 hour before Serve.
