In a bowl add cream, gradually add condensed milk and keep mixing.

Add cocoa powder and mix again for 1 minute.

Transfer this mixture to a food storage box add sone chocolate chips.

Cover it with an aluminum or cling wrap, then lid and freeze for 6 to 7 hours. (not for too long)
