Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Boil rice after soaking them for 30mins.

In a wok,add oil,crushed garlic,spring onions and saute. Now add all veggies and sauces and stir fry. Add chicken stock and cook for sometime.

Whisk eggs,add colour and In another pan fry the whisked eggs.cut the cooked egg and keep aside.

Now in the vegetables wok,add the boiled and strained rice,put egg and green onions and keep for dum for 10mins.
