Mango halwa (Kerala style)

Heat one tbsp ghee in a pan.

Add one fresh mango pulp to the pan. Now add the cornflour slurry.

After it thickens add the sugar and cardamom.

Let it come together.

At this point add another tablespoon of ghee.

Set this in a dish or cup of your choice and serve with fresh fruits or custard.
