Steps

Peel & make the puree of ripe mango. Heat a pan add milk & malei, stir continuously.

Add sugar & desecrated coconut or coconut powder stir continuously till the mixture becomes dry. Now add mango puree & cardamom powder mix it well.

Now add ghee & saffron milk mix it well, cook till it becomes dry.

Transfer a greased container put silver leaves on the top of the buffy. Cool, it 2hours.

Mango burfi is ready. Garnishing with rose petal serve it.
