For the first marination.
Wash and patdry drumsticks
Add ginger garlic pst, salt, curd, paprika powder, mix well and keep it in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours or the whole night. - 2
(After 4 hours)Add melted butter, chaat masala, and grill in preheated oven at 200 degrees over lower rack for about 10 minutes.

After 10 mins remove out from oven add cream (malai) mix well help of spoon put it once again in oven grilled at 180 degrees for about more 10-12 minutes until done....turning once.

Serve with spicy coriander n mint chutney.
