Take one heavy bottom kadai and boil the milk and add mango purée and wait until milk curdle if it doesn’t work with mango puree then add lemon juice.

After 10-15 minutes when water evaporates add sugar and cardamom powder and again cook for another 5-6 minutes.

Grease a dish and transfer the batter into the dish and decorate with nuts and let it cool. Enjoy this refreshing mango kalakand with your loved ones.
