  • 2 Tbspchia seeds/basil seeds soaked in water
  • 1 cupMango puree
  • 2 Tbspmango cubes
  • 1/4 cupboiled verm
  • As neededicelli
  • 2 Tbsprose water
  • 1/4 cupcup milk
  • As RequiredMango ice cream(homemade)
  • As required Mixed dry fruits

Steps

Preparation 10m
  1. 1

    Soak chia seeds in water. Cook vermicelli in boiling water and strain in a strainer.

    Cut mango and keep some cubes to garnish. From the rest of mangoes make puree in a grinder

    In a glass first pour rose syrup, chia seeds, vermicelli, mango puree, milk, mango ice cream, mango cubes, and chopped mixed nuts. Garnish with rose petals and mint leaves. Mango Falooda is ready to Serve.
