To make bhallas (phulki)
Add salt, baking soda,pinch of red chilli powder and water in Gram flour. Make batter of good consistency and leave it for half an hour. - 2
Boil potatoes and then cut in cubes also cut onions and green chilles.
To make phulkies, take butter paper and make cone shape form and cut its edge.(like a nozzel). - 3
Fill gram flour in cone.
Put oil in a wok when heated. Now make small phulkies from gram flour. Fry it till golden brown. Take the phulkies out and let it be cool.when cooled put these in the water for turning these smooth.
After 30 minutes gradually squeeze the water from soaked phulkies. - 4
Take a bowl add sugar,salt and chaat masala in yougrt and mix them well. Add potatoes,green chilies, phulkies and onions as well.
