1/4 cupjulianne cut carrots
7-8julianne cut green chillies
3-4thinly julianne cut garlic
Pinchsalt
Pinchfennel seeds
Pinchajwain
1/2 tblsoil

Wash green chillies, garlic cloves and carrot and then cut into julianne slices.

Add oil into pan and add vegetables in hot oil and cook for a minute then add vinegar in it.

Cover and cook for a minute then sprinkle salt, fennel seeds and ajwain. Mix and it's ready to serve.
