Ingredients

  1. Soft maize(2)
  2. 1 kgpotatoes (peeled)
  3. Pumpkin leaves(medium cooked)
  4. Green peas(optional)
  5. Spring onions
  6. C.oil
  7. Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your maize

    Boil your potatoes with a tablespoon of salt.

    Boil the pumpkin leaves and blend.

    Mix everything in a sufuria and mash till well combined. You can add salt.

    In a separate sufuria heat your spring onions till brown. Add your mukimo😄. Mix well.

    Your mukimo is ready. Serve.
