Place the dry ingredients and curd

After that add oil coriander stem

Mix well all ingredients and make a dough with water dough should not be hard or soft it should be medium and rest it for 2 to 3 hours

Heat the tawa on the side

Take a little bit of dough and roll
Depending on the size you want
Roll using roller pin
I have made mine medium thick - 6
Sprinkle kalonji seeds and roll one more time and place onto the tawa

Cook one side for few seconds and spread some oil, flip and spread oil and cook again. Make sure both the sides is golden brown

Your kulcha is ready serve hot with chole or any choice of Curry
