  1. Chicken 250 gm small chopped
  2. Section 1
  3. 1 tbspChilli powder
  4. Sale as required
  5. 1/2 tbspTurmeric
  6. 2 tbspZeera powder
  7. 3 tbspYogurt
  8. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  9. 1/4 tbspCorn flour
  10. Section2
  11. Gramflour 2 tbsp
  12. 1 tbspRice flour
  13. pinchSalt
  14. 1/2 tbspChilli
  15. pinchSodium bi coordinate
  16. tbspCompound asafoetida1/2

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix chopped chicken with all section 1 ingredients together.

    Cover mixture and soak it for 3 hours

  3. 3

    Shall fry and keep aside

  4. 4

    Mix all (section :2) ingredients with water and make a paste

  5. 5

    Mix this paste with fried chicken,

  6. 6

    Deep fry in oil

  7. 7

    Serve hot and spicy chicken pakoda with ginger tea.
