Cut the bread in a triangle shape. Grease the pan. Keep the bread slices and tomato on it.

In a bowl, crack two eggs and add salt black pepper, and green coriander leaves to it. Mix it well and pour this batter into the center of bread slices.

Cook it well from both sides. It's ready to serve. Serve it with a Banana milkshake or any other drink.
