Instant Aloo Tikki Chaat

Mash the boiled potatoes and add salt, cumin seeds and corn flour.

Mix them well and make tikkis with it.

Now shallow fry the tikkis in a pan on medium heat so that the tikkis turn crispy.

Assembling: Place two tikkis in a serving plate. Place some grated radish on top. Pour curd and then imli chutney on top of it.

Sprinkle some chaat masala and fresh coriander. Serve hot.
