Take a thick cream in a bowl

Add Mango pulp (4 mangoes) + sugar + milk into mixture jar. Don’t add water. Crush it and make a smooth liquid. Pour this liquid into think cream. Mix it well. Keep very small amount aside for garnishing.

Now chopped remaining two mangoes into small pieces. Add these pieces into liquid. Add vanilla ice cream + saffron + cardamon powder into liquid. Add mango essence and mango color.
Texture should be thick n creamy. Keep proportion of cream more.

Now put this liquid into refrigerator for 5-6 hrs. Garnish with chopped almonds, cut mango pieces & mango pulp

Serve chilled. Enjoy with puri or roti on a hot summer day.
