So Simple! Kale and Tofu Potage

When I had a cold and didn't have an appetite, and didn't want to go shopping, I made this with what I had on hand. I was surprised by how delicious it turned out.
You could use soy milk instead of tofu.

Boil the kale, and then place into ice-cold water.

Blend the kale, onion and tofu in a food processor.

Put the mixture from Step 1, canned corn (with liquid), soup stock cubes and 1 cup of water into a saucepan and warm up over low heat.

Season with salt and pepper. Melt in the butter for aroma. You're all done.
