2 tbspCocoa powder
2 tbspSugar
50 mlWater
150 mlMilk (or soy milk)
1 dashVanilla essence (optional)

Put the water, pure cocoa powder and sugar into a mug and mix. Microwave it for 30 seconds.

Add the milk /soy milk, and microwave for a further 1 minute 30 seconds.

Add some vanilla essence to finish.

You can make your own variations - try it topped with whipped cream, marshmallows, or with frothy cappuccino-style milk.
