  • 1 largeSweet potato
  • 2 tsp★Shio-koji (salt fermented rice malt)
  • 2 tsp- 1 tablespoon ★Honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp★Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the sweet potato and cut into 1cm pieces. If they are too big, cut again in half or quarter.

  2. 2

    Boil the sweet potato pieces.
