  • cheesy basil eggs sauce
  • 3eggs
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspdice basil
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 tbspflour
  • 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  • spaghetti
  • 100 gramsspaghetti
  • 1 tspoilive oil
  • seasoning
  • 1 dashsalt and pepper
  • garnish
  • 1 dropolive oil
  • 4fresh basil leaf

  1. 1

    Bring water to a boil then add spaghetti and simmer for 11 minute then drain add olive oil set aside

    In pan melt butter then add flour and cheese mix well top dice basil, Add eggs then gently break eggs with 3 circle till eggs almost set by now, Top spaghetti off heat and mix all up in fast motion
