Easy Natto & Bonito Flake Pasta Lunch

I like natto pasta, so I have made many variations, but this is the easiest and most delicious version that I settled on.
Since you do not drain the pasta, the cooking liquid enhances the moisture and the flavor.
If you feel it does not have enough salt, adjust the amount of mentsuyu.
You can chop up the condiments with a kitchen scissors! You don't need a knife!

Add 2/3 tablespoon of salt per 1 liter of water. Cook the pasta in boiling water.

In a bowl, add the natto and the sauce that comes with natto. Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the natto. Mix until fluffy.

Once the pasta is cooked, take it out with a pair of tongs or chopsticks without draining, and add to the bowl in Step 2.

Serve the pasta on a serving plate and sprinkle a lot of bonito flakes on top, along with your favorite condiments and you're done.
