A delicious Kheer recipe cooked with milk and Vermicelli

Pour 2-4 tablespoon ghee into the pan. Put Vermicelli in pan. Fry them golden. Add chopped coconut next. Fry everything for 2-3 min. Take it out and set it aside.

Pour milk into a pan. Cook in high flame till the milk starts boiling. Add sugar to taste next.

Lower the flame and let it cook on its own. Add 4-5 Tsp milk powder. Mix everything. Add fried vermicelli to the milk. Wait till Vermicelli softens.

Sprinkle fried coconut pieces on top and put off the flame.
