Tofu Gratin Made With Cup-a-Soup

One day I was making dinner for myself alone. Since it was night, I thought I'd make a healthy tofu ochazuke, but I wanted to eat something a little more rich so I tried making this simple recipe!
The recipe is easy so I don't particularly have any hints. However, if I had to say, it's a good idea to thoroughly mix the tofu until it's smooth.
Use whatever instant soup powder you prefer. Recipe by Macchanfam

Steps
- 1
Put the tofu in a bowl and and stir well with a whisk until smooth. There is no need to drain the tofu!
- 2
Once the tofu is smooth, add the instant soup powder and mix. There is no need to dissolve the powder with hot water as the tofu contains moisture.
- 3
Add bacon or other ingredients to your preference. Add the mixture into a heatresistant dish and scatter the cheese on top.
- 4
Bake it in the oven so that the cheese is gently bubbling. Once the cheese looks a delicious color, you're done!
