Sweet and Salty Green Pepper Stir-Fry with Bonito Flakes

Up until now, I had only cooked green peppers with pork, so this time, I tried making a dish with just green pepper.

Cut the green peppers in half and remove the insides. Cut the peppers into 2 cm cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the green pepper. Once the pepper is coated in oil, add the sake, mirin and mentsuyu, then stir-fry.

Once the green pepper has been cooked and the flavors have been absorbed, sprinkle the bonito flakes. Toss the ingredients and turn off the heat.
