  1. 100 grmslady finger
  2. 2green chillies
  3. Half teaspoon red chili powder
  4. Half teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tspamchoor powder/ kacche aam
  7. As per tasteSalt

  9. 1/4cumin seeds
  10. 1/4ajwain seeds

    Take lady finger and wash it. Cut lady finger into small pieces also cut culture in small pieces.

    Now I heat the pan heat the oil Roast the cumin seeds and ajwain seeds and also rost the spices

    Now add ladyfinger and kaccha aam and green chili. Mix well all spices and ladyfinger and cover with a plate for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes check the ladyfinger mix well and again covered with a plate.

    Now ladyfinger is ready and Serve with chapatis.
