Sour Cream Spinach Ranch Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  1. 1large pack chicken thighs (skin on / bone in)
  2. Sprinkle black pepper
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning
  5. 2 packages (16 ounce)frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed
  6. 4 tablespoonsdry ranch dressing
  7. 1 cupsour cream
  8. 3/4 cupmilk
  9. Shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs….

    Place thighs in a large baking pan…..

  3. 3

    Sprinkle your black pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning all over chicken thighs……..

  4. 4

    Bake chicken thighs, uncovered, in a preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hour ……..

  5. 5

    In a bowl combine dry ranch dressing mix, sour cream and milk, set to the side until chicken thighs are done ……

  6. 6

    Remove thighs from oven and place thawed chopped spinach all around chicken, then spoon ranch mixture all over chicken thighs, top with shredded cheddar cheese……

  7. 7

    Place back into oven and roast until cheese is fully melted, about 20-30 minutes……

    Serve and enjoy 😉!
