    Pour lukewarm water and milk in a bowl, add the flour and salt, crumble the yeast over it and knead everything to a smooth dough.

    Let the dough rise for an hour.

    Put the dough on a floured work surface and fold it from every side to the middle.

    Cut the dough in the middle and form the Baguette shape (elongated). Let the formed dough rest for 15 min.
