Preheat the oven to 210 ° Celsius (410° Fahrenheit) hot air.

Cut the Baguettes slightly on the surface, sprinkle them with water.

Bake the Baguettes for about 20 minutes with a lot steam. (Put an oven proofed form with hot water into the oven, this makes a lot of steam)
