Ingredients

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-30 mins

  1. For Marination
  2. 20chicken wings cut into lollipop shape. I got store bought
  3. 1 Tbspginger-garlic paste
  4. 1 tspwhite pepper powder
  5. 1egg
  6. For stuffing
  7. 1/4 cupbreadcrumbs
  8. 1 Tbspred chilli powder
  9. 1/4 cupGrated cheese
  10. For Coating
  11. 3-4 TbspMaida
  12. 2 TbspCornstarch
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder
  14. as per tasteSalt
  15. For batter
  16. 2 Tbspcornstarch
  17. 4 TbspMaida
  18. 1 Tbspoil
  19. as per taste Salt
  20. 1 tspsugar
  21. as required Oil to deep fry

Cooking Instructions

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-30 mins

    Wash the chicken pieces and in a bowl add Stuffing items of breadcrumbs, grated cheese and red chilli paste. Mix well and stiff in between the meat in one side of the wings. Set aside

    Marination - in a bowl add egg, ginger-garlic paste, white pepper powder and salt. Mix well and marinate the chicken well and set aside for 15 mins

    Coating - In a bowl add cornstarch, Maida, red chilli powder and salt and coat the Chicken so that it will be crispy when frying

  4. 4

    For Batter - in a bowl add cornstarch, Maida, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, oil and little water to make a batter which wouldn’t be thick or too thin.

    In a wok heat oil and dip the coated Chicken lollipops into the batter and gently add to the oil, on medium flame fry them until crispy. Complete the batch

    Plate with Szechwan sauce, chilli vinegar and dark soya sauce and enjoy
