Simple to Make Garlic Shoots Sansho Seed Stir-fry Simple to Make Garlic Shoots Sansho Seed Stir-fry
Chinese stir-fry dishes cook with oil, which can be troublesome...But if you use this method, you can eliminate unnecessary oil while keeping the delicious flavor and reducing the moisture. This is convenient, so remember it!In order to keep your vegetables crisp, limit the boiling time to 30 seconds to a minute. The flavoring ingredients in ● are a bit rich, so when adding to the frying pan first add half and then taste. Refrigerator Staple - Simple Celery Stir Fry Refrigerator Staple - Simple Celery Stir Fry
This is a dish my mother makes. It's got a simple flavor, but the jako fish and bonito flakes bring out a rich umami taste. It's got a lot of things working to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. I've loved my mother's celery stir fry since I was little. Even my dad, who hates celery, could eat this together with jako.Be careful not to overcook the jako in Step 2! If you drizzle soy sauce from the side of the pan in Step 3, the jako will keep its crunchy texture. Please add the celery leaves last after adding soy sauce and cooking. (If you put them in first it becomes really salty.) Recipe by mmameco cookpad.japan -
Cabbage and Pork Stir Fry with Ume Soy Sauce Cabbage and Pork Stir Fry with Ume Soy Sauce
I added some pork to a simple tossed side dish to turn it into a main dish.My husband found this a little sour. Please adjust the amount of umeboshi paste and mentsuyu sauce while tasting. Tender cabbage tastes better if you cut it into big pieces. Add some sesame oil, as well as sesame seeds or shiso at the end to taste. For 2 servings. Recipe by commeline cookpad.japan -
Spicy Moroccan Beans and Konyaku Stir-Fry Spicy Moroccan Beans and Konyaku Stir-Fry
This is adapted from my mother's recipe. Its a shame it can only be enjoyed when Moroccan beans are in season.Once you add the pork, you can heat it on high heat. Since the amount of beans varies from store to store, adjust the seasoning to taste. For those cooking for kids, leave the red hot peppers out.Note: You can also use regular string beans.
