Me? At 4:30 AM, I'm starting on my last minute decision to make cranberry sauce after all. ;)

Cranberry relish done! This year I did shallots, lemon zest, cracked black pepper, and a handful of raisins that needed to be leaving my pantry for a while now. 😬

My son asked for a pile o' bacon.

The frozen peas I forgot to use for our Friendsgiving dinner earlier this month and the last of the carrots in the fridge.

And now at 8:30 am Pacific making some caramelized onions in the leftover bacon grease with a splash of Balsamic!

Wish it were a little later in the day so my palate would be ready for a glass of wine with all this cooking! 😊

Turkey's out and our guests are delayed by an hour due to traffic. It's not the holidays if something doesn't go according to plan! ;)
