Ingredients

20-30 mins

4fish (tilapia or any type)
Garlic (6 large cloves)
Ginger(1 medium piece)
Turmeric powder(1 tbsp)
Chilli powder(1 tsp)
Salt to taste
C.Oil (1 tbsp)
Fresh lemon juice(1-2 tbsp)
1onion

Cooking Instructions

20-30 mins

Clean the fish. Remove excess water using kitchen towel.

Prepare your marinade.
(Mix all the spices and blend).

Make deep cuts through the fillet. Marinate properly.

Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours(optional)

Preheat oven at 180 degrees

Cover your baking tray with parchment paper/Aluminium foil.

Bake for 20-30 mins at 180 degrees.
