6-12eggs

Add 6-12 eggs to a pot. Don't over crowd.

Cover with water. 1/2"to 1" above the eggs.

Turn the heat to High and once the water is rapidly boiling, remove from pot from heat and cover with lid.
4

After 15 mins remove eggs from pot and cover the eggs with Ice cold water until cool.
