Cooking Instructions

Remove skin from salmon.

Cut into 2-3" wide pieces.

Mix together Mayo, cream cheese, unagi, and lemon juice.

Line a baking sheet with foil.

Glaze the bottoms of each piece with teriyaki sauce.

Arrange salmon pieces on sheet and top with sauce mixture.

Bake at 300 for 20mins.

Remove from oven and garnish with furikake.
