  16. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  17. 1/2 tspHaldi
  18. 1/4 tspGaram Masala
  19. For garnish
  20. 1 cupSev bhujia
  21. 1Chopped onion
  22. 10-12 Salted peanut

Cooking Instructions

    Make sprout of green moong dal

    Take 3 tsp oil in a pan add whole spice like cumin, coriander powder, dry ginger powder, Ajwaiyan,.

    Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and saute till soft onion

    Add chopped tomato and cook this masala till it release its oil. Add turmuric powder, garam masala

  5. 5

    Add slit and chopped green chilli

  6. 6

    Add green moong sprout to this masala also add water 3 times to the quantity of moong sprout. Cook till sprouts are soft. Also add salt and red chilli. Make sure this dish should be spicy.

    For serving. : firstly take sprout in a deep bowl add its gravy. Top up this with sev bhujia and chopped onion with salted peanut. With little warm pav
